Mô tả công việc
• Preparing the training module and plan
• Conducting the training session and follow up the result regularly
• Evaluate training result, coaching and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
• Evaluate the success of training in order to develop a further training needs
• Being in the field in a regular basis to execute on the designed training to sales team and raise information to develop the further training needs
• Deliver training, evaluation and development report
• Performing the beauty class

Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree Learning & Development Sciences, Educations or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in Training & Development Management
• Preferable in Make Up training skills with good understanding in skincare
Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent knowledge in skincare, beauty and make up application
• Creative, proactive and high motivation in work
• Has a passion in beauty
• Has a good communication, excellent presentation and coaching skills
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• Has a positive work attitude, communicative, sociable, and fast learner
• Willing to travel in and outside Jakarta
• Willing to work on public holiday/weekend (if necessary)
Salary range is 800-1000USD with competitive benefits.
