Location: Hà Nội/ Hạ Long/ Hải Dương/ Hưng Yên/ Hà Nam
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Conduct the Monthly Plan and discuss and get sign-off from training dept.
2) Running MIT/ SBW
• 2 trainers to co-run MIT for a total of 7 working day a month
• Conduct SBW once a week (now part of the weekly product refresher)
3) Responsible to run phone blitz session.
• Trainer must be present at least 15 minutes before the phone blitz to check list of cell phone and do a demo for new agents.
• Trainer to renew the scripts – and review the submitted Project 50
• Trainer to go around for supervision for new agent doing the phone blitz
• Before the phone blitz is finished, the trainer need to complete the monitoring report, recognize who has a highest appointments and summarize key points need to focus on next phone blitz.
• Trainer need to provide one-on-one for new agents not making progress in the phone blitz
4) Responsible for running a weekly product refresher once a week (similar to BAM refresher)
• Deliver product refresher materials and finalize the topics with SM
• Discuss with SM to determine which topics could help the location most
• Conduct role-play of the skill build already in SBW at the product refresher session in the morning meeting
5) File all documents of all classes.

Bachelor of Arts in Pedagogy or Finance or Economics
EXPERIENCE:
Having experience 3-5 years in Training or Life insurance is prefered
