Traffic Coordinator_Contract 08 Months

Your Key Roles:
Reporting to Logistics Manager you will be responsible for:
• Communicating with suppliers, buyers and service providers
• Following up with service provider to issue invoices
• Checking and create service provider’s invoice in in-house system
• Sending shipping instructions to the sellers
• Sending shipping advice to the buyers
• Updating shipment details in in-house system
• Checking shipping documents
• Creating purchase and sales invoices in in-house system
• Finish full set of payment and handover to Finance team for payment
• Following up the status of payment with Finance team and update to in-house system
• Contacting with warehouse-keepers to collect Stock confirmation
• Reconciling the inventory of physical stock with the recorded stock

- Fluent in oral & written English.
- Good at computer skills.
- Good communication / interpersonal skill.
- People and business oriented, service minded.
- Careful and attentive to details, accuracy.
- Ability to work under high pressure and timelines.
- Teamwork

Location: working office in district 1, Ho Chi Minh city
