Mô tả công việc
The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
- Ensure the trading net market position is updated accurately & timely (including physical & future in both excel file and system)
- Instruct fixations and AAs via execution team
- Drafting commercial contracts & timely entry of the contract information into the system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure samples, shipment documentation and payments are executed as per contractual agreement.
- Make traceability announcements for sustainable supply chain lots (UTZ, 4C)
- Prepare daily and weekly trading reports
- Other tasks assigned by managers

* SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Honest, hardworking and fast learning
• Good level of English
- Experience:
• Experience to work as a Sales Admin in foreign companies is an advantage.
• Some trading/coffee experience would be beneficial.
- Reporing line
• Report to Origination Manager
• Dotted – line report to General Director
- Other skills and knowledge:
• Computer skills (EXCEL)
• Good English communication skills
