Mô tả công việc
I. Purpose of the role:
- Deliver offers and track implementation of territory and channel offers & KPIs
- Work with cross function to develop/implement market offer/intervention with compliance to Company Policy
- Partner with sales to solve customer issues on market
II. What you will be accountable for:
- Monitor trade execution progress, provide monthly update, analyse the business performance of assigned territory against pre-set KPIs and provide feedback and recommend actions for further improvements
- Manage spending within the territory & program budgets. Follow up and propose budget adjustment where appropriate
- Market visit with Sales Team to get market information and customer feedback on trade programs (trade, investment, route-to-market…) to propose or input back to Operations/Sales/Marketing with new/corrective action/solution or intervention if needed
- Co-ordinate with sales to take care and solve customer feedback/business issue and to implement the agreed plans for territory such as volume, penetration, outlets development, power brands…
- Work with related function such as Admin/Finance/Marketing to ensure all issues related to the offer deployment is raised appropriately and solved timely
- Key area focus: Central & Highland. Work base: HCMC Head Office
- Travel requirement: 40%
- Others as assigned by Line Manager.

- Coordinate with sales team/cross function teams
- Analyse and respond to customers and market demands
- High initiatives & pressure for Growth and Customer-centric mindset

About you:
I. Educational background
- University graduate from Business, Marketing or relevant fields
II. Experience
- At least 2 years working experience in related fields
III. Others
- Proactive, fast learner, result-oriented
- Excellent communication and ability to build relationship with customers
- High team working spirit and cooperation with other functions
- Strong business analysis and problem solving skills
- Good finance/ budget planning & marketing knowledge
- Lubricants awareness (business, market, technical…) is not required, but an advantage.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent spoken & written English & Vietnamese
