Mô tả công việc
• Manage and develop MT Channel by understanding well MT channels and coordinate closely with MT team of distributor.
• Plan trade marketing programs to push sales volume in MT channels following sales situation & business situation.
• Develop & Propose new Promotion Mechanics.
• Responsible to develop MT visibility. Generate ideas to develop brand image in MT channel with mindset of utilizing all resources.
• Work with supplier about design, production and installation POSM in MT to support for Promotions/campaign/ improve display & support POSM for other channels/ other activities.
• Monitor and update market information in MT about price, competitor’s activities.
• Control budget of responsible activities.
• Propose & organize some suitable events for brand.
• Other responsibilities as assignment from line manager, management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 02 years relevant working experience in trade marketing/trade category at the same position or experience in Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade in FMCG company.
• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics …
• Good knowledge of trade marketing, MT sales in FMCG industry.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
• Planning skills & detail Implementation Skill.
• Analytical thinking & Problem-solving Skill.
• Creativeness & ability to work about designs.
• Teamwork, working under high pressure, detail focus.
• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics …
