Mô tả công việc
Develops, builds and executes product marketing strategies and plans.
• Defines marketing priorities through analysis, planning and coordination with regional/global marketing team
• Assists in product pricing assessment and development of product forecast
• Develops, oversees and implements business tools, sales aids and marketing collateral
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the personal care and health care industry to analyze the market structure, competitive trends and customer needs
• Strategizes brand messaging and establishes good corporate image through company newsletters, magazines and press releases.
• Oversees the registration of new products and renewal of product licenses with government institutions as well as monitor/coordinate quality issues of products
• Oversees Training team (Training Supervisor & Trainers) to perform effective & appropriate training to Distributors, consumers, or internal staff.
• Manage all outstation product and Sales training to distributors, and consumers
• Evaluate the performance of the team by monitoring KPI, coaching, and holding formal and informal monthly evaluations. Give appropriate praise and/ or reprimand.
• Oversee training schedule and speaker invitations.
• Manage & organize Product Expo/Exhibitions and other events.
• Analyze key indicators to improve training and Expo/events programs.
• Any other job functions as assigned by the Vice President Sales and Marketing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. BA in Marketing or Business Management major
2. At least 5-10 yrs experience in marketing, at least 2-5yrs on managerial level. Experience in Multi-Level-Marketing industry would be big advantage.
3. Well knowledge & experience on law/regulation related to mkt i.e. product license, advertising, etc.
4. Agility, creative and easy to adapt change
5. Good at English in writing, speaking, listening
6. Good at leadership skill and be able to lead team of 7 members
7. Age from 32 to 40
