Accountabilities: / Nhiệm vụ chính
• Develops the Trade Marketing and Strategic Plan for the Signutra Brands and Company
• Ensure all plans are translated to actual programs and executed on the ground
• Tracks and ensure excellent execution of the Trade Marketing Programs
• Manages the Trade Marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
• Tracks the market dynamic and development to ensure Signutra is always updated
• Achieve Trade Marketing KPIs in line with approved budget
• Spends at least 80% of the time in field to validate execution and discover new opportunities
• Creating a trade marketing strategy and communicating this to the marketing team.
• Executing the trade-marketing plan across the region.
• Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
• Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
• Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
• Managing and motivating a team of trade marketing executives.
• Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
• Creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product range

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications and Competencies (minimum requirements):/ Yêu cầu
• Previous experience working as a trade-marketing manager ideally within a related category.
• Strong experience in FMCG.
• Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.
• Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing.
• At least 5 years Trade Marketing experience in OTC/ Pharma Market/ Consumer (FMCG)
• Has strong Trade Marketing experience
• Has very good knowledge and connection with Key Retailers and Customers
• Preferable worked in Multinational Company
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese Language
• Team player and willing to spend 80% of time in the field
• Flexible and open to learn from others
• College Graduate
