Trade Marketing

• Strategic brand development by setting direction for new products' development and brands communication.
• Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns for modern trade channels (Guardian, Pharmacity, Medicare, Aeon, CoopXtra, v.v…)
• Create, manage and maximize the annual marketing budget.
• Conduct Market research and competitor’s activities
• Prepare monthly report of brand performance and propose trade marketing plan (promotion plan, activities at stores, display plan) for next month
• Provide specialist training for sales team on brand
• Co-operate with Digital Marketing team on Marketing campaign
• Recruit and manage PG for events, activations at stores
• Engage and manage external resources including agencies and vendor partners.
• Training, coaching, motivating the marketing team member.
• Other tasks as assigned by Company.

• Business/Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years experience in marketing preferred at the same position.
• Experience managing a team of people.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more)
• Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
