1, Summary:
To play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing Trade Marketing activities and activations as well as customers' & shoppers' expectations
High frequency of interaction: Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Requirement:
o This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
o Strong analytical skills and ability to convert findings delivered thru analysis into action plan and
o Strong time management skills while working under tight timelines.
2, Core job responsibilities:
Merchandising Effectiveness:
Work with relevant functions to develop Merchandising plan & execution
Track and monitor the KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the merchandising at POS
Co-ordinate with other functions/external vendors to support sales team in deployment of merchandising plan
Conduct periodically trade visit to assess merchandising effectiveness in field
Manage Merchandising budget efficiently & ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality & price
Functional Coordination:
Work with other functions internally (Sales, Marketing & Finance) as well as externally (Agencies, Key Accounts & Shoppers) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
Conduct market visits in coordination with Sales & Marketing
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
