Mô tả công việc
To contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives by partnering with the Line Manager in deployment trade marketing program to drive consumer off-take and enhancing outstanding brand visibility at retail channel.
- Trade Push & Pull activities deployment by monthly meeting with Internal Sales team and company’s distributor
- Monitoring template, sales briefing, trade program report consolidation, field checking & payment for all rebate trade program
- Work with below the line suppliers to ensure proper execution and on time delivery of in store branding material
- Allocate & supervise distribution of all point of sales material to the sales team in coordination with both MKT and Sales team
- Visit outlet to follow up the implementation of trade push/pull and visibility program
- Prepare relevant briefs to sales team, trade and promoters communicating activities objective
- Follow up with the promoters and sales team during periods of in store activities to ensure proper activities execution and adherence to the agreed activities schedule
- Post evaluation & propose action plan for all Trade Push/Pull and Visibility program
- Owning the tracking process of POSM/Gift to make sure effectiveness in use and timely supply to sales & PG team in the market
- Monitor competitors' activities and prepare report based on market visits and feedback from sales team
- Responsible for demand creation activities to drive consumer off-take to support sales team & PG team to achieve sales-out target

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree: business administration or marketing
- At least 2-year experience tin trade marketing in FMCG company
- Teamwork and able to work under pressure
- Good computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheet and databases
- High commitment & result-oriented
- Can do attitude
