ABOUT THE ROLES
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible to secure the success of various Trade Marketing investments & projects. Directly guided and supported by the Trade Marketing Manager, a modern Trade Marketing Executive’s roles is not only about maintaining & improving Ariston brand image in each POSs but also leaning toward proactive sellout management with smart ideas & initiatives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Brand image: Implement push initiatives to maximize Ariston’s products availability and visibility on trade including: merchandising campaign, display investments, trade sponsoring, etc. Closely working with sales team to monitor market situation & determine best investment approach for each cities/provinces.
2. Channel intelligence: understanding merchandising and shopper insights. Understand channel dynamics, merchandising and shopper insights through being aware and abreast latest competitive trends. Collect market information and enter them in electronic format developed by the company. Monitoring competitors’ trade marketing activities in the market
3. Drive sellout with the use of smart investment, promotions, and sellout supports. Be proactive in suggesting tailored programs that fit to the unique needs of each distributors & niche markets.
4. Carry out various Trade Marketing activities including product launching event, dealer conventions & other marketing project as requested.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. University degree, major in Business related fields
2. Strong communication, forecasting, planning, analyzing, creating, and execution skills
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Trade Marketing/Sales function from Electronic Appliances, Construction Materials industries
4. Good understanding of local market and consumer’s behavior
5. Ability to take multitask, people and team oriented, ‘Can do” attitude
6. Basic competencies in English (Speaking and Writing)
7. Ability to travel
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9. Computer proficient (Microsoft Office)
10. Established relationships with key Electronics Retails chain is a plus
