Mô tả công việc

Main objectives :
- To establish & implement the strategic development & effective management of Trade Marketing unit
- To ensure the achievement of the company objectives, through the effective initiatives & innovative in order to deliver outstanding performance per business unit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business planning:
- To transfer the Company brand strategy into a National Trade activities, plan and assess market opportunities
- To produce & execute the annual business plan (updated and reviewed quarterly) National Trade activities plan for sales team in line with the Company’s objectives.
- To contribute into Sales Forecasting process via planning 3 fixed + 3 forward months rolling trade activities plan, adjusting forecast figures in anticipation of increased demand in S&OP.
- To build up strong operational capability to dominate on visibility of key brands via working out common merchandising strategy (merchandising standards) and consider to apply to specific of different channels in order to ensure high visibility to get high attention of end-user at POPs.
- To develop the strategy for expanding coverage for specific categories with clear guidance for sales team to execute.
- To build up the process of an effective trade communication
- To develop & maintain the constructive business relations with the colleagues from the cross-functional departments

2. Planning and implementing trade activities:
- To define promotional strategies and guidelines by category, channel and product.
- To develop & implement trade activity programs effectively via test & deliver end user what they want
- To contribute ideas toward the sales team motivation such as sales incentives, solving company issues/ problem
- To provide input to sales/marketing about trade marketing practices, principles, roles and responsibilities.

2.3 Evaluation and reports:
- To provide the trade channel and customer intelligent report.
- To assess and analyze market’s objectives, activities & strategies by channel towards promotion of trade programs
- To follow up and keep tracking market's price movement
- To provide the trade channel and customer intelligent report.
- To develop the evaluation system of merchandising/visibility of brands at different POPs.
- To analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth for each product.

* Operation :
- To control Trade Marketing budget expenditures and follow the budgets change (if any)
- To ensure that company cost management policies and practices are applied day to day activity, demonstrating best judgment (cost effective) on company’s expenditures – along the lines of Company's dirrections.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*Education: University Degree
*Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of trade marketing leading roles experience with sales field execution knowledge.
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Work experience in sales/trade marketing at MNC is a plus
* Other: Willing to go for business trip and work under pressure
