Trade Marketing and Communication Executive

(*) 01 Trade marketing executive
Trade Strategies:
• Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on-field sales needs and marketing initiatives by channels and accounts implement
• Recommend the policies relating to Trade Marketing for direct competitors, channel trends and development, category innovations, competitive information.
• Support Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in controlling the budget for assigned projects and provide an accurate budget report when required.
• Provide inputs and channel plans to the development of Product launches and lead the deployment of the initiative to Sale and Field force

Merchandising:
• Implement necessary POSM and display campaign based on display guidelines to increase brand presence and improve customer satisfaction
• POSM printings/inventory management/ delivery management
• Responsible for gathering, collecting competitive information, customer feedback & behavior, market trend by field visit regularly

Others:
• Make reports relating to Trade Marketing as required
• Other tasks assigned by superior

(*) 01 Communication Executive
• Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
• Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
• Develop and oversee the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of the program
• Participate in budget development and support budget management
• Use independent judgment to execute marketing and communications plan
• Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts
• Analyze marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness

Others:
• Make reports relating to Communication as required
• Other tasks assigned by superior

• Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of trade marketing experience, especially in the relevant field in consumer goods (mattress & furniture preferred)
• Prudence, aggressiveness & hard working.
• Strategic thinking and strong leadership skill.
• People-oriented and good building successor capability.
• Excellent teamwork and independence competency.
• Good English presentation & communication skill.

- 14-16 salary months, 12 days annual leave, 2 Saturday off per month
