Trade Lane Development Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the current team in expanding businesses with our Trade Lane Managers and internal working group colleagues in Trade Lane Development in Vietnam focusing on certain core markets, such as U.S, Europe and Intra Asia. Contributing on every level to the offices to improve our existing position to local and overseas clientele. Reporting to the General Director and Local Directors on focused campaign related activities, both local and overseas including certain vertical markets covering Vietnam for imports and exports.

Job Description / Primary Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining international partnerships with our worldwide agents including promotion of our network of offices and partners and working within a structured team.
- Directing / Answering quotation requests for all types of transports and following up liaising with key colleagues
- Developing sales locally along with our overseas Trade Lane Managers through trade shows, networking, focused client calls supported from our various offices.
- Building and maintaining current key accounts and supporting overseas colleagues.
- Interacting between the overseas teams and Vietnamese teams ensuring set up operations run smoothly for our Key Accounts as and where necessary along with developing new trades and projects our Key Accounts have in the pipeline.
- Data analysis and weekly reporting on progress of campaigns
- Ad hoc projects and problem solving

Requirements:
• The position is for an expatriate preferably with previous working experience required, on-site training can be provided if the candidate has correct basic attributes and skills sets.
• Experience in sales and development is preferable and strong personal relationship building skills.
• Knowledge in Freight forwarding and international exposure would be considered a plus point.
• Position open to expatriates with suitable experience.
• Commission scheme on generated sales
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, problem solving and relationship building.
• Good computer skills
• Sense of responsibility, team work, motivated, curious and ambitious
• Willing to learn and develop within the company structure
• Qualified references which will be verified.
