Key Accountabilities: Lead and develop commercial plan to deliver sustainable growth & profitability of categories
Develop and implement the Trade Category strategy to contribute towards assigned growth targets and division business objectives
Develop customer & shopper insights for the assigned category in all channels. Translate customer/shopper intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
Work with field sales team to ensure the qualitative from category plan to in-store execution.
Work with marketing team in launch, re-launch and consumer promotion activities.
Work out monthly Account Planning and forecast.
Conduct ROI and post-campaign evaluation for key launches/ big bets campaign.
Lead the key projects and category innovates to accelerate category growth & profitability sustainably.
Manage & optimize Gross-to-Net by channel/customer.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor or Master degree
At least 4-5 years working experience in FMCG (working experience in Beauty industry is a plus).
Ability to work with people across various functions and levels
Strong analytical skills and business mind set
Strong in critical thinking and problem-solving skill
Strong communication and strategic influencing skills.
Ownership, Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure.
Good command in English and computer skill.
At least 4-5 years working experience in FMCG (working experience in Beauty industry is a plus).
