Job Purpose
Contribute to the Company’s plans and objectives by participating in the formulation and recommendation of the distribution channels, trade marketing strategies and objectives and take all measures as directed to ensure the attainment of the agreed strategies and objectives.
To work closely with company’s distributor in implementing sales & distribution strategies and ensure sales’ target achievement.
Main Duties and Functions
1. Develop and sustain distribution channels and organize below-the-line activities in such channels nationwide in coordination with Distributor and their Sales Managers.
2. Use and analyze sales data (both primary and secondary) provided by admin team to identify opportunities and problems in sales and distribution.
3. Recommend action plans to either materialize opportunities or prevent / stop problems identified in the trade.
4. Together with Distributor, formulate, recommend monthly trade promotions, BTL and trade marketing activities and ensure continued competitiveness of the programs.
5. Coordinate closely with Sales Managers, DFMs and Modern Trade Manager to make necessary adjustment to trade programs and to ensure programs' implementation and effectiveness.
6. Coordinate closely with Logistics team and Brand team to ensure right inventory and forecast for trade programs, launch and re-launch programs. Prepare, recommend action plans to discontinued and slowing moving items to reduce such inventories.
7. Initiate, coordinate and analyze trade-marketing research when necessary.
8. Develop distribution to new channels when relevant.
9. Execute trade-marketing/consumer promotion budget and control it within agreed ratios.
10. Be responsible or total sales target.
11. Act as internal auditor.
12. Prepare monthly sales, distribution and trade reports.
13. Maintain up-to-date guardbooks of own and competitors trade and merchandising materials.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 5 years experiences in FMCG industry preferably in personal care or household care as Sales Manager/ Trade Marketing Manager
• Degree in Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.
• Good level in English and Microsoft software.
• Strong sense of sales-target driven, initiative, analysis, urgency and pressure tolerance.
• Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Ability to make regular field work (60% time) with Distributor’s sales team
• Degree in Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.
