Trade & Partnership Marketing Associate

• Present and convince partner merchants to do Trade Marketing initiatives together;
• Responsible to execute on-ground implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives;
• Visit merchant partner sites and determine the branding installation requirements for each venue;
• Liaise with external parties - customer service vendors, equipment vendors as well as merchant partners to ensure timely and proper implementation of Trade Marketing initiatives;
• Negotiate with external to ensure that we are not overspending for our production costs;
• Search for leads for potential partners (could be other e-commerce, banks, tourism boards, etc.) with whom we can do joint marketing activities;
• Research about potential partnership opportunities, create pitch deck, and negotiate with potential partners. Present and lead discussions with partners;
• Ensure alignment among all internal and external stakeholders on the execution of joint marketing activities;
• Liaise with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure that the campaign materials are ready and live on website accurately and on time;
• Prepare reports and analysis as required by partners whom we are collaborating with;
• Track the progress of partnerships with each prospective partner and maintain records of all communication with each of them;
• Ensure all the documentation (POs, Invoicing, etc.) are completed and submitted on time to the respective stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Social Science and/or relevant course;
• Work experience of 3-5 years, preferably in partnership/business development at reputable e-commerce, telco, banking, FMCG, tourism business, etc;
• Able to work independently with little supervision;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to visit partners and work outside the office;
• A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence;
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, while also paying attention to details.
