An excellent opportunity exists for a Traceability Coordinator to join our traceability team in our Ho Chi Minh city office.
Australian Rural Exports (AUSTREX) is a leading Australian Exporter of Livestock which has a supply chain and customers all over the world.
The successful candidate must be hardworking, honest, thorough and have a positive attitude.
The position will be located in Ho Chi Minh City and the successful candidate will enjoy being part of a small team supported by Head Office based in Australia. This position will a real go-getter looking to take the next step in their career.
Job description
Traceability Coordination:
• Validation of cattle movements
• Validation of cattle slaughter/mortality
• Management of Supply Chain Staff (SCS)
• Liaison with customers
• Manage incoming shipments
Office administration:
• Manage office expenses
• Manage travel and accommodation bookings for in-country and head-office staff
Other tasks:
• Support country manager
• Support shipment discharge
• Staff and customer training
• Support system and equipment testing
• Feedlot and abattoir visits upon request

Job Requirements and Knowledge
Your CV should reflect your ability to understand and deliver the following (examples of real results will set you apart from the rest):
• Operate Microsoft Office 365 and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong PC hardware skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Perform tasks in a timely manner with great attention to detail
• Rapidly learn new software and technologies
• Work and communicate with all levels of staff and vendors
• Understanding of the Agriculture industry
• Strong ability to speak and understand English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a tertiary education and hold a agricultural/business related degree.
Prior experience in the Agriculture industry will be advantageous.
