Town/ Urban Planner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Directors in preparing design proposals, and participating in presentations and the whole design process within project timeframe.
- Manage clients and projects and report to Directors.
- Coordinating all works for both internal teams and other construction professionals such as architects, engineers and contractors during project permitting and construction stage.
- Review all projects to ensure that the Company’s philosophy and quality standards are being adhered to.
- Maintain close contact with all staff in order to ensure high morale and production efficiency.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Directors.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture / Urban Planning or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience preferably in Architect’s office
- Ability to work independently as well as team work
- Experience and understanding in project permitting and master planning
- Honest, hard working, independent and self-motivated
- Required language (s): Vietnamese & English.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft Suites including Excel, Powerpoint and Word,
- Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD, knowledge of SketchUp or other similar would be
an advantage
