Tour Operator (Inbound, Outbound)

Position Overview: The main mission of travel consultant is to be in charge of creating/quoting travel itineraries, answer questions, contact suppliers and guides to process the bookings and to provide the best service to guests.

* Job Descriptions:
_ Responsible for booking services, programming, assistance in preparing documents for guests
_ Follow up booking and related services.
_ Co-ordinate with Sales Department to create products when required
_ Resolve proactively any complaints/ troubles on tours regarding services quality
_ Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best profit ratio for company
_ Completing other tasks directly and indirectly by leaders if required

* Job Requirements:
- Graduated from Colleges or Universities - majoring: Tourism, Foreign Languages and Cultures
- Experience: at least 1 years as Inbound/Outbound Operator and visa experiences, having knowledge of the tourism industry, an overview of travel routes as well as travel services
- Language: Good command of English. Another language is a plus.
- Computer: good using MS Office, website and other basic software
- Other skills: time management, information searching, fast & self-learning, tasks oriented ability (daily/ weekly/ monthly), negotiation skill.
- Personalities: attention to details, assertiveness, pro-activeness, responsibility, frank, enthusiastic and team work are required
