- Operate tour.
- Sourcing and update database for operation team: accommodations, transportations, land tour ...
- Maintain and improve services quality and customer satisfaction before and during each tour.
- Collecting all contracting and pricing related activities.
- Performing general administration tasks.
- Advise Sales the right itineraries according to each client's profile/market.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or previous successful experience in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of places, itinerary in Vietnam and others South East Asia Destination. At least 1 years at similar role (Inbound).
- Networking with travel & tourism industry suppliers.
- Self-discipline and organizational skills.
- Experience in providing customer service for luxury/high end customer.
- MS Excel well, social networking.
- Energetic and proactive.
- Decision making skills.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Attention to details and a ‘hands-on’ attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
- Deep knowledge of places, itinerary in Vietnam and others South East Asia Destination. At least 1 years at similar role (Inbound).
