Job purpose
Lead safe and fun trips, facilitating friendly & fun social interaction between members of your group.

Duties and responsibilities
• Keep guests informed with accurate and up to date information about trip itinerary.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with fellow group leaders.
• Be approachable and friendly to ensure that all guest queries and concerns are answered.
• Be knowledgeable about trip options and ready to facilitate guest requests.
• Ensure that the quality of the trip and the guest enjoyment are consistent and maintained.
• Respond in a professional and efficient manner to any problems that may arise during the trip.

Position Requirements

• Already have your full VN tour guide licence.
• Be fluent in Vietnamese.

Working conditions
The job may require the person to work:
• In various locations within Vietnam
• Shift work
• Outdoors
