OVERVIEW
• Position: TOUR BOOKING EXECUTIVE (Urgent, Attractive salary 12-15 milions ) – Nhân viên booking (kinh nghiệm điều hành tour)
• Work Location: District 1, HCMC

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consult about the client’s purchase agreement
• Explaining client’s inquiry to the foreign manager.
• Keep and develop good relationship with all members.
• Consult and explain all members’ inquiries.
• Conduct supports to members such as solving client’s problem, support collect money
• Be responsible for following up and ensure members’ payment on time.
• Provide members’ feedback to the Management.
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by Managers.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Good communicate skill. English Basic
• Handling Customer’s complaints.
• Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills.
• Fast worker, able to multi-task and handled workload in a high volume and fast pace environment.
• Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Minimum College Diploma holder.
• Proficient in MS Office & English.
• Preferred language for applications: CV in English
