Mô tả công việc

1. Design/ Implement Reward plans and programmes for a select cluster of countries in the East Asia and Japan Zone.
2. Advise/ counsel our Executive team members and the HR Business Partners (“HRBPs”) in their respective Lines of Businesses. This area focuses very much on managing complex business versus geography Reward requirements, understanding the business dynamics, managing the attraction, retention and refresh of key talents as the company strives to maximize organizational capabilities in support of the business
3. Manage the annual Reward events such as competitive data analysis, 3 Year Reward budgeting and annual campaigns to drive base pay change, STIP payouts and LTIP allocations.
4. The role also entails a strong call for education, enablement and equipping our eco-system of communities (Rewards and non-Rewards alike, including HR/ Employees/ Managers) with the basics relating to Reward.
5. Topics of engagement may include but not limited to executive compensation, key global Reward initiatives such as those in the realm of diversity and inclusion gender pay equity, living wages etc, market benchmark surveys, insured benefits/ multinational pooling, sales/ non-sales incentive plan design, Reward service provider management, Reward systems and technology.
6. Be the voice representing the EAJ Zone in key global Reward program/ project deployment. It also require incumbent to lead, influence and sponsor initiatives to design forward looking Reward programmes for the Zone.
7. Support the relevant lines of business as we advocate Reward as an essential element making up the Employee Value Proposition for SE.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1/ University degree in Human Resources or similar degree. Overseas education is highly preferred and MBA holder is a plus.
2/ Concurrent strong knowledge in global mobility, employment tax and preferably have some basic understanding of social security totalization.
3/ Experience in MNCs that are fast paced with demanding and heavily matrixed environments.
4/ Proven change, project management and/or programme management experience within a people context
5/ Inquisitive mind to probe the nuances in areas of Reward.
6/ Possesses the drive to build up business acumen to progressively get to know the business, effectively engage and build credibility and strong relationships with business stakeholders.
7/ Confident and self-driven; Ability to work independently and also as part of the regional and global team; Strong accountability to deliver; Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
8/ Excellent command of written and spoken English
