JOB OVERVIEW
Be a contact point involved in change management processes in all relevant HR operational projects in order to standardize and enhance the quality of HR services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an internal HR auditor who is responsible in reviewing HR figures periodically (by month/quarter/year) and/or when requested and timely recommend adjusting/updating HR procedures and processes (if any).
- Consolidate and analyse all HR reports related to number of headcount, hiring activities, training courses, attrition rate periodically (by month/quarter/year) and/or when requested and timely recommend for recruitment enhancement and staff retention.
- Build and manage HR Information System, be in charge of retrieving relevant HR database from the system for statistical and managerial purposes and/or connecting with relevant functional departments/sections in order to provide timely recommendation (if any) to suit the actual HR management situation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Need-to-have Knowledge & Skills:
- BA degree, with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience of which 1 years will have been in a management role.
- Basic knowledge on consumer finance industry
- High level of English proficiency
- Excellent in PC skills (MS windows, Excel, MS office etc…);
- Well-prioritized & organized.
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Problem solving & decision making skill
Need-to-have personal characteristics:
- Open-minded, good listening skill, conflict handling skill
- Empathy and ability to work with other functions;
- Adaptable, dynamics and flexible.
