Total Reward Senior Specialist

Position Overview:

This role has the accountability for supporting our global total rewards strategy by implementing the development, deployment and administration of compensation and benefits programs and policies; providing analytical and other professional level support on regional compensation and benefit programs, processes and other initiatives; serving as total rewards consulting partner to HR Business Partners; monitoring the industry and external market trends and provide analysis on the impact of relevant developments in the compensation and benefits arena and also participating in special projects as assigned.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Program Design & Adaptation
Design various local total rewards programs to attract and retain talents, which is aligned with Global/regional total rewards strategy
Support the development of various incentive plans, including documentation, eligibility, regular results tracking, and provide analysis and insights for plan improvement.
Support global compensation processes, and create reports and analysis to evaluate pay competitiveness and pay equity, gather and analyze data for special projects.
Maintain market benchmarking system. Conduct analysis of jobs, base salaries and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance in the region.
Lead annual total remuneration surveys participation and analyze the survey results to provide insights of competitiveness of the company’s overall package.

Program Implementation & Management:
Act as key team member in the Annual Compensation Process.
Provide direct support to Regional and Global total rewards team members.
Monitor competitiveness of benefits programs in local markets and propose scalable and cost-advantageous improvements; research trends, practice, process and cost on an ongoing basis.
Act as a subject matter expert on business needs and compliance requirements.

Supplier Management
Partner with the country human resources and vendor in assessing, tracking and monitoring programs
Monitor the employee experience, look for trends, and proactively address potential supplier-delivery issues

Job Evaluation and re-evaluation:
Conduct job evaluation and re-evaluation as and when requested
Educate managers on job evaluation methodology to increase their understanding and engagement on the evaluation results
Manage the job evaluation database and records

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or comparable area of study
5 years of Compensation and Benefit experience
Strong analytical skills with solid financial acumen required in order to gather and summarize data for reports and provide findings and recommendations.
Experience in partnering with members of the human resources team on compensation and benefit programs and initiatives
Team player with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Creative thinking, with an eye towards continuous improvement, and detailed orientation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated fluency in computer software applications in MS office applications and human resource management system.
Ability and willingness to travel periodically throughout the year.
