Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for the conceptualization, strategies, program development, implementation, communications and monitoring of all reward and recognition programs to include base salary, short-term & long-term incentives, and market pricing; benefits programs including health and wellness.
- Total responsibility for salary reviews to ensure relevant market benchmarking and consistency of application. This will include liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
- Drives program strategy and design that aligns total rewards with Company strategy, values and mission. Regularly assess the internal equity and external competitiveness of the company’s benefits and compensation programs.
- Up to date market knowledge will also include current tax implications particularly in relation to benefits and pay
- Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to determine company’s competitive positions.
- Develops all policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration and ensures all programs are in compliance with labor law and company regulations.
- Supervises a team that provides overall guidance of all compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage effectively HRIS & improve constantly to deliver accurate and timely reports.
- Develop and manage an effective benefits and compensation team made up of individuals who are technically sound, business-oriented and team-oriented.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Having more than 12 years experience in HR, out of which Minimun 4 years as C&B Manager of a large Corporation or Group. Should be well versed with Mercer reports, highly analytical and logical thinking.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese ( written and spoken).
Highly proficient in Data analysis using advance Excel
Very good presentation skills.
Candidates with experience in SAP/Successfactor or any other ERP package and from FMCG industry will have preference.
