Mô tả công việc
* Total rewards (70%)
● Is responsible for HRIS input/update including maintaining the latest update filling system of employee personal files in alignment with the local Labor Laws (of Vietnam) for internal, external audit and inspections.
● Performs ad hoc analyses and reporting of HR data including development of various metrics and dashboards (e.g. demographics, attrition, program participation & costs, etc.) with the guidance and instruction from HR Director
● Prepares offer letters, probationary and official labor contracts for new hires/existing employees when and as required.
● Provides third party benefits administrator vendor monthly clean input for payroll computation and audits payroll files for accuracy as well as to monitor SHUI related data and transactions. Provide payroll computation in case of urgency.
● Coordinates with healthcare insurance broker on healthcare claims and contract implementation under guideline of HR Director of DZS Vietnam;
● Ensures deliverables and deadlines are met and results clearly documented for audit/inspection purpose.
● Monitors and prepares analysis reports on overtime costing, annual leave/sick leaves/unpaid leaves for HRD to analysis on workforce productivity and improvement recommendations to management team
● Directly prepares and updates the personnel budget for the whole DZSV and departmental budget (G&A related costs) on a regular basis as well as to prepare ad-hoc reports/scenario simulation relating to personnel budget or/and people driven costs/budget variance analysis and explanation for DZS Vietnam as well as for other countries under APAC when and as required by APAC HR.
● Reviews and tracks invoices and payments to third-party vendors for accuracy
● Monitors and coordinates with hiring managers on performance appraisal process and result from administration point of view and issue timely documentation pertaining merit/promotion/demotion as per management request.
● Is the contact point for employee relationship on payroll and employee cost relating to operational policies and procedures
* General support (30%)
● Supports HR/Admin team in other operational activities including recruitment, training, internal communication as per HR Director’s requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management preferred or related field with at least 3 years of related experience.
● Working knowledge of operational compensation and benefit administration, good knowledge and experience in HR compliance practice in MNC.
● Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint to including the ability to create pivot tables, write conditional formulas and create charts and graphs to summarize data or build internal monitoring excel-based system.
● Analytical and technical ability to create & manipulate complex spreadsheets involving large data sets
● Teamwork skills to build strong relationships with department heads, peers, external local authorities/officers and outsourced benefits administrator.
● Ability to interpret multiple aspects of compensation & benefit compliance and requirements to make sure the full compliance while preparing the compensation plan or budget or documentation.
● Excellent customer service skills
● Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
● Competent in a variety of communication skills (interpersonal, formal presentation, and conflict resolution) and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing
● Ability to focus on details and demonstrate accuracy
● Ability to maintain and adhere to a high level of confidentiality
● Ability to read, write, fluently speak English language
