Total Productive Management Specialist

Coordinate, organize and support execution of all required activities for Total Productive Management (TPM) implementation in the Company, according to the TPM overall planning. Providing the TPM methodology and guiding the operational teams in supply chain on identifying and speeding up the losses elimination activities.

Program coordinator
- Coordinates TPM Audit activities in Brewery
- Ensures implementation of TPM in Brewery
- Ensures methodology suppport needed to TPM Pillar Leaders .
- Suggests and develop technical and management tools needed to apply TPM methodology in Brewery.
- Ensures and standardizes all documents support needed to implement TPM in Brewery.
- Leads and participates in improvement teams to solve problems and achieve company results.
- Coordinates treatment and implementation of improvements in Brewery.
- Creates supporting material to training actions in TPM methodology in TPM.
- Implement visual management in Brewery, according to OpCo model
- Ensures document elaboration or information for internal communication of Brewery.
- Defines, analyse and control Brewery KPIs to include in DCS sections
- Collects data related to the execution of technical and management tools of TPM methodology
- Produces and update management information related to the execution of technical and management tools of TPM methodology

Supporting tasks
- Support the development of TPM training-plan with the Training Section/Human Resource Section/Department for the Supply Chain based on TPM skill-matrix on basic TPM concepts, tools, skills to ensure TPM training program integrated with other training program in a single agenda
- Facilitate team meetings and support team members with their improvement actions to make sure TPM methodologies/tools are applied correctly

TPM Training execution
- Execute training for team leaders and operators in Supply Chain, based on need-analysis and provide support in applying them to improve their knowledge/skills in solving problems and deliver better performance results for their working areas

Cost Management
- Planning & manage the annual budget for TPM system implementation in brewery, ensure costs are within budget and evaluate the financial impact of performance and decisions.

Qualifications:
• Education degree: University degree.
Experience / skills required:
- Specialized knowledge need to achieve the desired results: Knowledge in beer industry, TPM/LEAN.
- Skills:
o Conversant with spoken and written English.
o Analytical thinking and presentation skill
o PC literacy (word, excel, power point etc)
o Good team leadership
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Strategic thinker, achievement orientation
o Production planning and problem solving skills..
At least 2-years experience in TPM field or relevant such as Production Management as a role of Supervisor.
Language(s): English
• At intermediate level.
