Mô tả công việc
• Review topographical survey documents (including drawings and reports),
• Attend regular meetings with Employer and Contractor,
• Conduct regular survey inspections and control at site,
• Follow and review the Contractor’s topographical survey schedule,
• Report findings to the Section Engineer and Resident CW Engineer.
Daily activities:
• Reviewing documentation received from Contractor regarding topographical survey works,
• Assessing progress of works against approved programmes,
• Carrying out inspections of topographical survey works,
• Maintain a continuous monitoring of the benchmarks networks built by the Contractor,
• Making sure survey regulations are adhered to,
• Reporting to Section Engineer,
• Making regular detailed records of the work including comment sheets on documents,
• Minutes of meeting with Employer and Contractor, details of progress and any report on any delays.
And all other tasks related thereto which may be requested from time to time by the Employer.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in survey engineering,
• Corresponding certificate.
• Essential:
o Minimum 05 years of work experience in survey engineering,
o Excellent knowledge of construction industry,
o Understand technical plans, construction regulations and safety issues,
o Able to meet deadlines,
o Able to work with a range of construction workers.
• Languages:
o English: Good level.
Skills and desirable personality:
• Excellent communication skills,
• Mathematic and writing skills,
• Responsible attitude,
• Attention to detail, organized manner and practical approach,
• Reactivity to anticipate problems, propose solutions and evaluate risks,
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
