Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai

• Hire, manage, coach & maintain associates to smoothly operate toolshop
• Lead quality issues related to human mistakes in maintenance, operation or S-CIP projects to improve

• Close collaboration & involve in engineers’ project team, HcP/PJM too support toolshop targets maintain or improve, e.g. part scrapping cost, maintenance efficiency, tools utilization, new element line, tool shop

• Develop, improve spare part, consumable management system, closely working with logistics, engineers to manage spare parts under inventory target & no stop element production by lacking spare parts or tools

• Develop, track & maintain toolshop operation cost system & manage to reach yearly business plan

• Develop system, improve multi-skill operators to adapt flexibly in operation management & exchange to MAE operation system, e.g. fine blanking, in case requirement

• Maintain tool, spare part management adapt to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. levelling, consumption control

• Maintain safe operation tool shop & lead to solve safety issue related to tool shop areas

• Manage & improve toolshop utilization

• Develop system, track & improve tool shop cleaning situation according to 5S standards

• Efficiently utilize manpower resource to achieve productivity based on business requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineer/ Industrial & Systems Engineering
• 5-year working experience in an industrial manufacturing plant

• LEAN manufacturing background

• Ambition to lead, team-leading experience is an advantage

• Results/ cost/ target orientation

• Ability to delegate tasks

• Ability to motivate & develop associates

• Very good understanding of problem analysis & problem-solving (e.g. 8D)

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Excellent command of English & Vietnamese

• Experience in project/ tasks management

• Strong personality and ability for self-motivation
