Tooling Maintainer

a) Forms and fabricates parts and components for experimental projects or repair to machines, equipment, or facilities working from graphic, written, or verbal requests.

b) Uses machine tools and hand tools working with a variety of metals and other materials, within prescribed tolerances as directed.
Sử dụng công cụ bằng tay và máy móc làm việc với một loạt các kim loại và các vật liệu khác, trong phạm vi dung sai quy định theo hướng dẫn.

c) Basically analyzes malfunctioning machine and systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) and makes repairs or modifications, subject to approval of supervision.
Về cơ bản phân tích máy bị hư hỏng và hệ thống (điện, thủy lực, khí nén, ...) và sửa chữa hoặc sửa đổi, tùy thuộc vào sự cho phép của giám sát.

d) Uses basic mathematical formulas, handbooks, and technical reference to determine sizes, capacity, dimensions, and other working data subject to approval of supervision.

e) Responsible for check and adjust measuring devices as Z-Mike by Beta Laser Mike (PrecisionPro 6000), Roundtest MMQ 100, Digimar 816 CL, Marsurf CD 120, Hardness tester and Digital Insid Micrometer.

f) Maintains a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities, in order to perform maintenance effectively, under general directed.

g) Works in cooperation with engineering, technical, and production supervisory or outside of the company personnel when directed.

h) Get required tools, spare part or equipment, clean up areas, and store tools, spare part and equipment as required.
Làm sạch và lưu trữ các công cụ, phụ tùng, thiết bị cần thiết.

i) Other work as assigned.
