Toll Group is seeking graduates for our 2020 Global Graduate Program

Our Program

At Toll, our two-year Global Graduate Program is about developing future leaders across our business. You will gain experience across our Global Logistics and Global Forwarding divisions which means working in either warehousing and distribution, transport and logistics or freight forwarding.
In Global Logistics, you will gain exposure to working across various industries including retail, consumer, healthcare, energy and marine. You will learn about how our sites operate, including (but not limited to) how we manage our customers distribution services to help their speed to market to how logistics solutions are developed to support our customers’ needs.
Our Global Forwarding business delivers cargo across our global customer network via road, rail, sea and air. As a graduate you will be part of our business helping some of the world’s leading companies with their import and export requirements. If you are looking for a career in international freight sales, Global Forwarding could be what you are looking for.

As some of our sites operate 24/7, you may be required to work shift work to experience the operations at a specific time of the day. This does not always suit everyone however is part of our business requirements.

You will be exposed to business-as-usual activities and collaborative projects working across various functions. And the best bit? If you are wanting to experience what it’s like to live and work overseas, there is also the opportunity for those who excel, to do an international rotation as part of the program.
Development
In addition to learning about and contributing to delivering our promise to our customers, you will be provided with tailored learning and development opportunities, with a focus on growing your leadership capability. This includes -
• workshops focusing on leadership and personal development
• diverse rotations exposing you to different areas of the business
• a committed team to support you on your way
• exposure to senior managers through networking opportunities
• mentors and buddies for career advice, guidance and support;
• and exposure to lead business improvement projects that make a real difference
Keep in mind

Our sites are predominately located in industrial estates in the outer suburbs, you must be willing to drive to each rotation’s location and depending on where you live, this could mean an hour or more travel time to work each day. Typically, you cannot catch public transport to our sites, so you must have the ability to get to and from your rotation site. This does not always suit everyone, so keep this in mind when applying for our program.

• Are a Vietnamese citizen or permanent resident
• Are a recent graduate or are finishing by June 2020
• Hold a valid drivers licence and have access to a vehicle
• Are fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)

You must be available to attend assessment centre on 27 February 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Individual interviews will be held in March, with offers made for a mid-June commencement date.
