Job Description

• Leading TMC ( Transportation Management Center) overland and Fine distribution TMC implementation in the region
• Leading TMC overland transport network design and tendering project
• Support global international tendering as ASEAN regional coordination.
• 2nd level escalation for LSP performance issues raised by regional plants/GBs
• Leading cross country TMC sea & air implementation project
• Managing cross-function stakeholders at different locations in different countries
• Project team build up and management
• Project plan and milestone management
• Business case development and cost control
• Business units contracting
• Process flow development and standardization
• Master data management
• TMS system management with system provider
• Managing internal and external suppliers to implement TMC in AS

Qualifications

1. Education
• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, Int’l trade or other equivalent

2. Work Experience
• +8 years’ experience in project management, int’l transportation processes, transport management system for int’l transportation & 3PL processes

3. Languages
• Fluent communication skills (oral and written) in English. Gasping other ASEAN languages or German is a plus

4. Hardware / Software Skills
• Competent IT skills (SQL, Access, Excel, etc.)
• SAP knowledge and experience is required

5. Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work cross-functional
• Strong leadership to drive stakeholders to achieve project milestones
• Independently lead/coordinate projects with ability to adjust project priorities
• Accountable, proactive and customer oriented, good team player with self-motivation, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment
• Open-minded and is able to deal with ambiguities, conflicting priorities and multi-cultural environment
• Distinct analytical skills
• Able to travel
