Timo is Vietnam’s first digital bank, and Timo will re-invent banking in Vietnam!
Lifestyle, the company behind Timo, now needs a smart and dynamic TCR Leader to support customers completing Know-Your-Customer process within assigned shift accurately and productively.
You will be a part of one of the most innovative and exciting companies in Vietnam, which is positioned to disrupt retail banking via digital channels and poised for significant future growth. You will be working with very influential leaders who care about your professional development. You’ll be joining a team of experts who are technically savvy, creative and who share the vision of reinventing banking in Vietnam.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To manage team member;
• Be responsible to train new member in the team;
• To KYC customers as a group including hand-over PIN and Cards;
• To work customers through to Timo Application;
• To handle customer complaint and escalate to Manager (if any);
• Ensure adhere to the defined operational process, AML & KYC guidelines, code of conduct of The Company;
• Implement other tasks delegated by Direct Manager.
