Mô tả công việc
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hiệu quả bằng thực hiện huấn luyện, hội thảo, thăm khách hàng để giúp đội ngủ kinh doanh đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số
- Chịu trách nhiệm khảo nghiệm sản phẩm mới và hiện hữu
- Cung cấp những công cụ tiếp thị như tài liệu, sổ tay, bài viết kỹ thuật, quy trình... cho đội ngũ kinh doanh
- Hiểu rõ nhu cầu và tâm lý khách hàng (nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích đối thủ, tham gia hội nghị...
- Có sự hợp tác tốt với phòng Nghiên cứu & Phát triển và Đăng ký sản phẩm

● To provide the efficient technical support (training, seminar, field visit...) to sales team to be able to achieve the team target
● To be responsible for the product trials of both current and new products
● To provide marketing tools like brochures, handbooks, technical articles, protocol... for the sales team
● To understand customers needs and customers behaviors through market research, competitor analysis, conference participation...
● To have a good coordination with R & D and Regulatory Affairs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Thạc sĩ Thủy sản
. Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Có kiến thức về quản lý trại
- Hiểu sâu về đặc tính sản phẩm và những công dụng khác nhau của sản phẩm
- Có thể nhận ra và đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng và cơ hội kinh doanh
- Có tinh thần phục vụ khách hàng
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử xuất sắc
- Tiếng Anh lưu loát (nói, viết)
- Chăm chỉ, nhiệt huyết, có thể làm việc độc lập và đi công tác.

. Knowledge of farm management
. Excellent knowledge of product features and different application of the products
. Able to identify and respond to customer needs and business opportunities
. Customer service oriented

. Excellent English skills ( writing & speaking); Ms Office, Internet
. Committed, Independent, Hard-working; Mobility
