VietnamWorks is looking for Customer Care Intern – the opportunity opened for third-year or last year students, who would like to earn the very first experience in professional environment. As an Customer Care Intern, you will have a good chance to be trained and get experience for your future career as well as to acquire necessary skills related to Customer Service.

You need to:
- Proactively study job description of a lot of positions in various industries to support customers having a Job ads attractive candidate
- Screen and approve online CVs to help candidates attract employers
- Assist Customer Experience Team in team’s projects

• Good at reading & writing English
• Having service mindset, positive energy
• Careful and Detail-oriented
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Available to work full-time in 3 months
