Mô tả công việc

In this role, you will:

•Acquire and develop third party sales channel (TPSA).
•Drive the TPSA channel to meet and exceed business deliverables with consistency in both performance and service quality.
•Initiate and execute initiatives and activities to support of the TPSA business.
•Stay vigilant and keep abreast with market/industry development and competition and provide feedback as appropriate to ensure timely response to market changes.
•Work with local stakeholder to form an attractive/ competitive pricing model to maintain long-term TPSA partnership.
•Develop open and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and smooth operations.
•Build, manage and maintain a highly motivated and dynamic TPSA partners.
•Institute strong operational, risk and quality controls. Remain compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements, and ensures strict compliance with government banking regulations. Timely implement internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

•Bachelor degree
•Progressive retail banking experience of at least 3 - 5 years with min 2 years in management and banking
•Experience in frontline customer management and with local working experience
•Ability to multitask, driving and managing third parties and having foundation in analytics is very important to propel the team forward quickly
•Bilingual in Vietnamese and English
•Must be able to be flexible in management style ranging from “macro management” to “micro-task-hands-on-oriented management capability”
•Strong business acument and communication skills
