Mô tả công việc

[Objective]

• Leading & supervising sales and business operation activities and partners within his assigned territory and area to ensure the area sales team find the right set of customers and to maximize sales to achieve VPBFC’s goals.

[Key responsibilities]

• Developing & executing sales campaigns
• Support and training Third Party to ensure target and compliance of Third Party
• Execute campaigns from Head of Third Party
• Coaching and monitoring Third Parties to achieve good KPI achievement
• Updating and monitoring sales result, feedbacks from other departments and partners to push Third Party to meet the targets
• Assisting Head of Third Party in supporting Third Party TSA team from recruiting, training to consulting for difficult situation or resolving problem
• Recording customer data and productivity metrics (e.g., products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose
• Ensuring Third Party team business operation in compliance with internal & external policies, regulations & standards
• Seeking and servicing the lead generation partners located in his region
• Managing and updating continuously call scripts/procedures
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and affiliates. Building good relationship with other departments in the company.
• Regularly updating CF market changes and suggest/ propose the method/ solution to cope with change accordingly.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor Graduate, major: Business Administration; Economics or relating area
- At least 03 years’ experiences working in telesales of banking products position
- Understanding of banking products & services

- Strong oral & verbal communication skill
- Interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven
- Leadership skills
- Analytical skill
- Ability to work under high pressure 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
