Mô tả công việc
1. Sales Recruitment
• Coordinate with stakeholders to execute recruitment plan in line with business needs of The Gallerie channels national-wide.
• Supervise the effectiveness of recruitment operation including: the effectiveness of recruitment process, the capabilities of Sales Recruitment team & candidates and the productivity of recruitment activity for each channel.
• Supervise and do performance analytics of Sales Recruitment activities across touch points including above-the-line and below-the-line channels.
• Take lead initiatives to improve Sales Recruitment process.
2. Employee Engagement
• Build up, sustain and optimize the Employee Engagement cycle in line with Employee Journey of Sales Force team including: recruitment experience, talent management, disciplinary and check-out procedure.
• Take lead initiatives & improvement from insight exploring to execution.
3. Operation Excellence
• System management: sustain and do continuous improvement.
• Reporting on time in full (including: Sales Force dashboards, eg: recruitment, turnover rate, retention program…).
4. Budget controlling
• Supervise & optimize Sales Recruitment & Development budget assigned .
5. Team Management
• Supervise and take lead career development for team members.
6. Any other tasks assigned by management level.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree
• At least 6 years experiences of working in the same industry or role
• Experience with mass recruitment
• High degree of attention to detail with superior analytical skills when working with large amounts of complex data.
• Experience in organization management & talent management
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Structured thinking, good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Strong in leadership skill
• At least 6 years experiences of working in the same industry or role
• Experience with mass recruitment
• High degree of attention to detail with superior analytical skills when working with large amounts of complex data.
• Experience in organization management & talent management
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Structured thinking, good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Strong in leadership skill
