Mô tả công việc
1. PerfoA4:A1800/TR 5001 ICT Test program and Takaya flying probe test program development for all new projects
2. Review customer requirements, test specifications, test documents, CAD files,PCBA Gerber files and other project documents to assure quality of the products and test programs to be developed.
3. Understand and Design customized (Analog/Digital) circuit boards for automatic functional testers and understand about electronic components.
4. To develop test specifications for UUT requirements, function, interface, hardware and software to allow for current and future product test development.
5. Implement continuous improvement in Yield, Cost and Quality
6. Design and developing test plans
7. Especially can able to understand more about electronic component datasheets and specifications.
8. Provide technical support to test technicians
9. Prepare ICT test coverage reports based on CAD files and propose test coverage improvement to customer
10. Perform Test software program and hardware development for new projects.
11. Perform DFT (Design for Test) for all new models.
12. Designing and developing test plans and prepare tester qualification reports like CP-CPK, GR & R
13. Capable to do reverse engineering with existing ICT fixture/Software/Hardware
14. To assist the operation team with test and product knowledge and resolve production tester breakdown and yield issues
15. Develop ICT test programs for Z18xxAgilent i3070/TRI 8100/TR 5001/JET 300 tester.
16. Verification and validation of production ICT Testers, CT Fixture and Processes.
17. Provide technical support to production Line, including hardware maintenance, tester calibration, new tester validation and set up, high-level software debug and coverage improvement
18. Develop test software for production needs through NI LabView, NI Lab Windows.NET Test Stand and CVI
19. Agilent VEE, Visual C++ and VB preferable

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Have the knowledge of TS16949, ISO9000
2. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
3. Must be familiar with CAD software's like Vayo pro, Fab Master, Test Expert or any Canverter Tools
4. Auto Cad electrical and mechanical design is added advantages
5. Electronics Hardware and Circuit (Analog/Digital/Mixed) Signal design.
6. NI CLAD, CLD certificate is added advantage
7. Experience in Microsoft (MS) office (PPT, Excel & Word)
8. Fluent in English [Spoken, Written and Read]
9. Experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industries
