Be responsible for Airbag/Driver Assistant Software System
- Lead requirement clarification, analysis and define system test strategy
- Develop test cases using defined test methods, create high level test designs and test specifications
- Project testing effort in estimating, resource planning , test delivery monitoring & controlling
- Conflict management based on test priorities, escalate/report system test status to technical project managers & management.
- Mentor and develop team members
- High passion in Automotive domain

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor/Master degree, major in electronics/software engineering, automotive background is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing
- Experience in Test management as Test Lead role
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle
- Good Knowledge of embedded system
- ISTQB certificate preferred (Foundation/Advance level)
- Experience in emulators, simulators, debugging and test equipment.
- Experience in Real Time Operating System(RTOS)
- Automotive domain knowledge preferred.
- Good English communication
- Good time management skills; stakeholders management skills; decision making skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing
- Experience in Test management as Test Lead role
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle
