Test Lab Engineer (3 Year Experience)

• Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. and convince others within the organization where past practices or divergent views constrain agreement.
• Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process. Sometimes need to identify problems and update in own role without the benefit of defined procedures
• As an individual contributor, apply deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas
• Estimate the entire expenditure of the tasks that have to be performed in consideration of available capacity with regards to methods, procedures and materials in collaboration with responsible departments
• Analyze customer requirements, and support to generate action plan
• Execute complex test according to related documents
• Adjust and check test benches according to the specification
• Create, check and optimize processes and workflows
• Recognize function or test defects and eliminate the defects, if needed with the support of design department
• Analyze data, create and review reports

• University (degree) or special diploma in Electrical, Automotive or relevant
• 3 years of work experience in related area and 2-3 years in project
• Experience in software product function testing
• Experience in automatic test bench
• Efficient documentation/Ensure process compliance
• Product Know How/Usage of equipment
• Review and understanding of technical documents (specification, drawing, etc.)
• MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint/Word
• Experience with communication protocols and related tools (preferable for automotive industry CAN, LIN, etc.)
• Familiar with customer validation standards and international test norms
• Very good at communication in English /team working/problem solving skills
