Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
Key roles and responsibilities:
1/ Responsible for validation plan from initiating to validation report
Create validation plans with which the technical project concerns can be validated
Define clear test criteria based on the concerns
Create hardware sampling plan and assessment criteria
2/ Responsible for the execution of tests and analysis of the results
Connecting link between departments - Production, Quality and Testing
Full responsibility of tests - correct hardware, test settings and timing
Trouble shooting in case of abnormalities in testrig (ex: strange signals)
Pragmatical approach to respond quick to changes in planning and/or unexpected test results
3/ Evaluate test results and generate test report according the validation plan
Evaluation of results with clear statistical analysis and conclusion/recommendation
4/ Engineering role in HcP trouble shooting topics
Provide test engineering know how during problem solving topics
Define test samples and test method to validate the hypothesis for confirming the root cause
Identify the correlation between testing results and expected field performance

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Educational Background: Master/ Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Automotive or Mechatronics engineering (experiences of studying abroad is an advantage)
- Work Experiences: 0 to 2 years of experience working with
test equipments independently as a test engineer
hydraulics, control systems and dynamics
measurement methods, data acquisition and analyzing
- Technical knowledge (measurement methods, data acquisition and analyzing)
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and team player
- Independent working with dedicated test equipments
- Basic understanding of production technology
- English language proficiency (Written & Spoken)
- Work Experiences: 0 to 2 years of experience working with
