· In-charge of sales territory assigned (HCM/Danang) and Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) targeted accounts
· Key customers within territory
· Channel distribution management within territory
· Takes ownership of his/her sales targets and plan.
· Develop relationship with both existing and potential customers.
· Find new potential customers in target Industry estate.
· Provides sales forecasts, plans and ensures the delivery of the targets and plans.
· Conduct market survey to check market demand , supply , competitors and business environment of new developed product.
· Drives and guides activities of self to ensure expectations of customers and Henkel are met.
· Regularly reviews performance according to plan including detailed (key) account, prospect and project plans where needed.
· Works closely with others in the organization in support of SBU, global and regional strategies.
· Handles customer price and business negotiations in close cooperation with others.
· Takes ownership of continuous development of him/herself.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in related market industry preferred
· Degree in engineering, chemical or related
· Language: Proficiencies in both written and spoken English
· Able to work independently as well as contribute as a team player
· Proficiency in presentation skill, power point and excel.
