Mô tả công việc
1. Sales and Distribution
1.1.Trade coverage plan:
* Ensure number of quality outlet coverage per DSR, guide DS/DSR set route plan base on number call per day, frequency guideline
* Use tracking reports base on RCS8 data & field check to ensure DS/DSRs follow route plan effectively
* Monitor & ensure team follow process of updating Customer List every month
1.2. Distribution:
* Responsibility in leading team to drive distribution target and maximize result in assigned territory
* Supporting and coaching DS/DSR in opening and maintaining distribution at outlets
* Minimum OOS situations, through coaching DS/DSR selling optimal stock at outlets
* Ensure stock freshness through checking stock step & change from low moving to fast moving outlets
1.3. Sales volume:
* Responsibility to break out monthly sales target to DS, DSR level base on history contribution.
* Ensure DSRs own their daily sales target and deliver their daily sales target through achieving sales target outlet by outlet
* Keep tracking daily, has plan to support team
1.4. Trade Activities:
* Manage activities support to drive sales volume in assigned territory through planning & implementing with highest effectiveness
* Ensure DS/DSR understand scheme of trade program to have well brief to retailers
* Ensure excellent execution of DSR in term of selecting outlet and tracking outelt's performance
2. Trade Marketing
2.1. Visibility:
* Ensure all outlets in assigned territory have well deploy visibility, information has record in RCS8 system as guideline
* POSM:
- Review & ensure deployment at right segmentation, compliance from outlets both hot spot and full face
- Responsible in guiding to DS/DSR deploy Semi POSM as cycle plan, campaign
- Responsibility in setting installer route, ensure POSM is in good condition
2.2. Long term Investment:
* Be responsible in recruiting new good outlet as criteria set
* Be responsible in ensuring outlets compliance with KPI
2.3. Communication activities:
* Be responsible in recruiting new good outlets in term of traffic, targeted consumers.
* Be responsible in briefing scheme to outlets & get agreement in term of optimal stock for PST activities
* Review, setting & adjust PST route plan, ensure PST running effectively
