Tender & Contracting Operations Officer

• Monitor and follow up the tender announcement daily in distributor tender system
• Prepare all tender documents and make sure the tender submission on time
• Working with FF lead / District Manager / Direct Manager to ensure the bidding information is correct and discuss on solution if any issues with tender bidding documents
• Coordinate with distributor / FFs / related departments to solve the issues during the evaluating progress/ set-up tender post result
• Support the FFs to handle the problems with ordering / delivering orders / invoice related stuff
• Regularly review, follow-up with Regulatory team and organize the documents relate to tender such as: product information changes, visa / GMP/ PICs expiry date….
• Manage and update tender data on GTCS system on monthly basic
• Support for projects
• Other ad-hoc and support tasks on demand by Direct Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in same position is advantage
• Familiar in working with /analyzing data
• Interpersonal/Teamwork skills
• Quick learning and easy adapt to new systems / environments
• Good skill in organizing documents
