Due to the business demand, we are seeking for position of Temporary Warehouse Administrative Operator (9 months contract) - Working in shifts, at district 9.
Responsibilities and authorities:
Retrieve, assemble and check the delivery documents
Draw up the documents and/or enter the information required for the proper execution of the designated services in the information system, in accordance with the rules in effect
Record information relating to all the movements performed at the warehouse using the available resources
Reconcile documents forwarded by the warehouse operator with documents received beforehand (acceptance, or loading into a transportation unit), and then update the data in the system
In the event of a discrepancy in the reconciliation, launch the action plans required in accordance with the established procedures
Inform operations and/or the customer in the event of discrepancies
Update system when necessary, scan labels,serials when required, supervise contractors when they work in warehouse
Be responsible for data quality on his functions
Analyze the errors, and facilitate the closure of the dispute
In charge of the warehouse inventories

Working in shifts at Transimex warehouse, district 9
Good at excel, experience in warehouse system is a plus
Knowledge of warehouse, import export, freight forwarding
English intermediate level
Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
