Temporary Technician - Quality Assurance, Operation, Construction Chemicals (8 Months from Oct 2019 to May 2020)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing and documentation:
- Test products and packaging materials followings defined standards, maintain records of test results;
- Highlight changes in products and packing materials performance and implement corrective actions for deviation;
- Maintain all quality results in database.
• Calibration:
- Keep measuring and testing equipments clean and in good conditions;
- Carry out or coordinate with service providers to carry out calibrations on time and keep calibrated records.
• Production order issuance:
- Issue and complete production order in the SAP system basing on weekly production and monthly closing schedule.
• COA tracking:
- Receive, check and file all COAs of raw material/import finished goods, highlight changes in COA to direct manager.
• Safety and housekeeping:
Maintain safe and healthy working environment following standards of EHS and 5S practice.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Education: Vocational training in Chemistry;
• Working experience: Min 2 years relevant experiences;
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding the lab practices, testing methods and equipment;
• Basic written English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
